Delhi - Shoghi

Located at a height above 5,700 feet, Shoghi is a small town located at a distance of 13 kilometers on the Ambala-Shimla national highway. The hill station is encompassed by oak and rhododendron trees. The verdant green valleys around Shoghi avails much needed seclusion and tranquility to the visitors. One of the best attractions in Shoghi is a village resort known as Park Woods. Other nearby tourist attractions includes Jakhoo Hill, Viceregal Lodge, Kurfi and Kandaghat. Shoghi is also famous for its fruit products, locally made pickles, juices, syrups and jellies. Shoghi is also the best place for trekking, camping and bird watching.

By Train

Shimla is the nearest railhead to Shoghi. It connects to the nearest broad gauge station at Kalka, which is located at a distance of 90 kilometers from Shoghi.

By Air

The Jubbarhatti Airport in Shimla is the nearest airport to Shoghi. It is located around 33 kilometers away from Shoghi. It is well-connected to Delhi airport by daily flights.

By Road

Delhi is well-connected to Shoghi via Grand Trunk Road and NH-22. It will take around 5 to 6 hours for a car/cab to reach Shoghi from Delhi. HRTC offer regular bus services from all cities in Himachal Pradesh to Shoghi. Shoghi is well-connected with Shimla via regular bus services. Local and deluxe bus services are available between Delhi to Shimla.
